By downloading or using Taplun you agree to these Terms. Taplun is a professional AI pocket photo studio
(Portrait, Lifestyle, Product and Architecture & Real Estate) and is
licensed, not sold, for your personal use.

One photo uses one from your plan (Architecture Enrichment uses two — a premium engine). Plan photos renew at the start of each period and

1. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial
use. The app is licensed, not sold, to you.
2. Subscriptions & auto-renewal
- New users get 2 free photos to try, with no purchase needed.
- Taplun Pro Monthly — $9.99/month → 80 photos/month. Taplun Pro Yearly — $99/year → 960 photos/year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.
- One photo uses one from your plan. You can generate 1–4 photos at a time, and each one uses one from your plan (Architecture Enrichment uses two — a premium engine). Plan photos renew at the start of each period and do not roll over — unused plan photos reset at the end of the period.
- Extra Photo Packs are optional, one-time consumable purchases that add photos to your balance — 40 ($4.99), 120 ($14.99) or 240 ($29.99) photos. Purchased extra photos never expire, but are only usable while a Taplun Pro subscription is active.
- A photo is charged only on a successful result; failed or cancelled generations are not charged.
- The subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- The renewal charge is applied to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Manage or cancel: iOS → Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Taplun. Cancelling is as easy as subscribing.
- Cancelling during an active period keeps access until the end of that period; refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
3. AI-generated results
The app produces results using AI models. Output quality depends on the model and your input and is
not guaranteed. You represent that you hold the necessary copyright and personality/likeness rights
for any photos you upload, whether they show a face, a scene or a product.
4. Acceptable use (content policy)
- Do not process photos of other people without their permission.
- Do not attempt to generate unlawful, harassing, hateful, sexual/explicit, or infringing content.
- Do not create content that misleadingly impersonates another person (deepfakes).
- Do not reverse-engineer the app or abuse it via automation.
Violations may result in restricted access. You can report inappropriate content or abuse to
support@taplun.app; reports are reviewed within a reasonable time.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, implied warranties of merchantability,
fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement are disclaimed.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes
These Terms may be updated; the updated version will be announced in the app and posted on this page.
